On September 9, 2019, Chicago actress, singer, and winner of two Joseph Jefferson Awards, Cory Goodrich was presented with the Larry Sloan Legacy Award. This award honors those in the theatre community who have become fierce advocates for Season of Concern. Cory (along with Eugene Dizon, a former Legacy Award winner) produce SEASON OF CAROLS....

About Us

Founded in 1987, Season of Concern Chicago is dedicated to providing financial assistance to Chicagoland theater artists, both Equity and Non-Equity, impacted by illness, injury, or health-related circumstances that prevents them from working. We provide short-term emergency financial assistance to theater practitioners through our own Biscotto-Miller Fund and Malcolm Ewen Emergency Fund.
